Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy sets out the rules for using the Mekhmon platform (mekhmon.com). The platform operator is Khizmatrasonii Nav LLC (ООО «Хизматрасонии Нав»). By using the service, you agree to follow the rules set out below.

1. General principles

The service is intended for good-faith use: finding venues, booking tables, posting honest reviews and participating in loyalty programmes. All actions must comply with the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan and respect the rights of other users and venues.

2. Prohibited activities

The following, in particular, is prohibited:

• Using the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan.
• Creating fictitious or mass bookings whose cancellation harms venues.
• Posting false, abusive or discriminatory reviews, or reviews of venues you did not actually visit.
• Using the service for harassment, threats, fraud, or collecting other users' personal data.
• Manipulating loyalty point accrual, bypassing verification mechanisms, or impersonating another user.
• Disrupting the service: unauthorized scanning, denial-of-service attacks, intrusion attempts, or injecting malicious code.
• Uploading or distributing illegal content, spam, or material that infringes intellectual property rights.

3. Consequences of violations

Violating this Policy may result in suspension or termination of access to the service, removal of content, and liability under the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan.
