Account deletion
This page explains how to delete your Mekhmon account and the personal data associated with it. The platform is operated by Khizmatrasonii Nav LLC (the “Mekhmon” apps; developer — Khizmatrasonii Nav LLC).
Option 1. In the app (recommended)
- Open the Mekhmon app and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile → Edit profile.
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately: the account is deactivated, sessions end, and personal data is erased (see below).
Option 2. By request (without the app)
If you cannot access the app, email support@hizmatrason.tj with the subject “Account deletion” and include the phone number linked to your account. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the number (e.g. via a code) so that no one can delete someone else’s account. Requests are processed within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- Name, email address, profile photo and other profile data.
- The phone number is anonymised and freed for reuse.
- Device push-notification tokens and Telegram links.
- All active sessions and login tokens are revoked.
- Your name and phone in your bookings are anonymised.
What may be retained
De-identified booking and transaction records (without your name and phone) are retained for venues’ accounting and statistics. Information the operator is legally required to keep under the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan (e.g. for tax and accounting purposes) is retained for the period required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
