We help guests and venues with bookings, the loyalty programme, your account and the Mekhmon apps. The platform is operated by Khizmatrasonii Nav LLC (ООО «Хизматрасонии Нав»), Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan.
How to reach us
Email us — it is the fastest way to get help. Describe your question and, if it concerns a booking or a venue, include the venue name and date.
We reply on business days, usually within 24 hours. Support languages: Russian, English, Tajik.
Account and data
You can delete your account right in the Mekhmon app: Profile → Edit profile → Delete account. Details and how to request deletion without the app are on the Account deletion page. How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
