Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Mekhmon platform (mekhmon.com) — a service for table booking, reviews and loyalty programmes for hospitality venues. The platform operator is Khizmatrasonii Nav LLC (ООО «Хизматрасонии Нав»), Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan.

1. Acceptance and changes

Using the service means you accept these Terms. The operator may amend the Terms by publishing an updated version on this page. By continuing to use the service after changes, you agree to them.

2. Account and access

You sign in to the service using your phone number, confirmed with a one-time code (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your number secure and for actions taken under your account. Venues receive access to a management panel for their staff.

3. Bookings and loyalty

Mekhmon provides a tool for booking tables and participating in venues' loyalty programmes. Service terms, booking confirmation, and accrual and use of points are determined by the respective venue. Mekhmon is not responsible for the quality of services provided by venues.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, post false or abusive reviews, create fictitious bookings, or infringe the rights of third parties. Detailed rules are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The software, design, trademarks and materials of the platform belong to Khizmatrasonii Nav LLC (ООО «Хизматрасонии Нав»). The user is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the service for its intended purpose.

6. Termination

The operator may suspend or terminate access to the service for breach of these Terms or the law. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages. Liability that cannot be excluded by law remains unaffected.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the law at the operator's location, unless a separate agreement provides otherwise.
